The Pitch and My Group

Out of the three pitches I narrowed it down to 2. Also for this final task I’ve chosen to do the task alone without a group.
     1. A kid going about his day walking in his neighborhood living a happy day. Sees something in a ditch and goes over. He sees a body but wait is that dad?
     2. A lonely skater only has one goal to go big. He’s skating in town and finds a flyer for a national qualifier tournament. It’s his chance
For pitch 1 I think it’s a good idea because I don’t need a whole group. It’s simple with room for altercation. I can perform all my shots and camera movements without rushing the scenes. Room to perform edits for scenery. Potential for good... wait? Moment at end. It’s however might not be the best because I still need more than just 1 actor. It’s outside so could lead to bad audio. Also environmental issues can occur with the camera. Also may be difficult to recreate scenes or continue flawlessly. Hard to benchmark locations
For pitch 2 I think it’s a good idea because I only need myself. All shots and camera movements can be used. Room for edits will be better than pitch 1. There will be a prop I can to do better edits or film on. Clear indication there is more to movie at end. The only thing i see as a draw back is it will be difficult to film perfectly. Also difficult to make scenes flow seamless to the other
I have chosen to go with pitch 2 as my idea for my final task it is the easiest to perform alone and has the most potential in my opinion.
Also I have chosen to do the final task alone without a group because it will be easier to do everything by myself. Also because I have a very busy schedule that will make it difficult to meet with a group
